...If the Neon Bible is True...((playing now in my head))
dddfdfsdfsdfadflkj;akljf It took a billion and a half years (if you believe in that amount of time existing because some people literally do not.) for this to undo its italics. Today began a new semester of glorious classes. Except I have only had one thus far so I can only but assume the rest will be glorious.
This semester's classes (not that you care...skip this if you wish):
CHINESE 102- This is the class in which I foresee myself struggling to stay awake as it is at 8:00 AM. I have a new professor this semester. Shao En-Min. Only he says we can call him Sem. Which only makes sense. It's either that or Shao Laoshi which i do not feel like saying at 8. Sem it shall be. It's a good thing that I received an espresso machine for the holidays. Thank science.
ART HISTORY of the pre-Colombian people of Middle-America- This class i certainly plan on enjoying. I have enjoyed every single art history class since the beginning. Plus, who doesn't like the Mayans and their art. Plus also maybe people will shut up about the world ending in stupid old 2012. The Mayan civilization, because of greedy Conquistadors and their diseases and their love of genocide, simply died out before that calendar could be completed. How nice of them. Anyway, I'm excited to learn about this art.
ART and PHILOSOPHY- This class lasts until 5:45 at which time my stomach shall growl and growl and never stop and people will yell at me for being so loud when it's not my fault. I plan on bringing feasts in my pockets for this one. But oh how interesting it will be! Art and it's relationship with philosophy? Yes! Except the professor might be scary because he/she is in my head. But I will investigate right now on the school's website.
FRENCH 451 (PROSE)- This class will involve much reading. Much. I know because I am the one who had to lug the books home. Luckily I do not pay for the books because my school kindly provides a library-esque system. Some of the books look great, some look like they may be drab. All of the authors, however, peak my interest.
Those (why won't this just un-bold already?) are my classes this semester. I don't have enough notebooks. I will have to make-do with what I have. I am now going to whole-foods downstairs so that I can make food at a time during which I am normally sound asleep.
